The Dining Room, where every table fronts a majestic stone fireplace and large picturesque windows revealing magnificent views of the golf course, is a beautiful location to enjoy dinner, celebrate birthday parties, wedding receptions, and more. Relax in the Dining Room as you savor the deliciously prepared fare of our talented chefs. Our Dining Room menu is as much of a delight as the views. Saturday Night is Also Prime Rib Night
The Pub, as well as the Dining Room, will offer three different sized cuts of Prime Rib. The meat is native Colorado Black Angus that is roasted to perfection. The Queen Cut is 10 ounces, the King Cut is 12 ounces, and for the hearty appetite, the Cronk Cut is 22 ounces. The prime rib dinner comes with baked or mashed potato, a vegetable side, and bread or dinner rolls.
