Aqua Aerobics Schedule

The Fitness Facility at Monument Hill is located in the top two floors of the Tennis Center. First class amenities include full shower and locker room, members' lounge, television, and snack bar. 

The uppermost floor features a wide range of equipment including free weights, tread mills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, squat racks and professional fitness equipment. 

The lower floor features a large, fully suspended exercise floor designed to reduce stress on joints and bones. This area is used for specialty fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Step, Cardio, and Spinning.
