Fitness at Monument Hill
Monument Hill Country Club offers a unique 2-story fitness center and a diverse menu of classes to meet your goals and objectives.
The Fitness Facility at Monument Hill is located in the top two floors of the Tennis Center. First class amenities include full shower and locker room, members' lounge, television, and snack bar.
The uppermost floor features a wide range of equipment including free weights, tread mills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, squat racks and professional fitness equipment.
The lower floor features a large, fully suspended exercise floor designed to reduce stress on joints and bones. This area is used for specialty fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Step, Cardio, and Spinning.
Before you begin your Thanksgiving feast this year, how about a “Fitness Feast”?
On Saturday, November 16th from 8am until noon we will have 30 minute samples of our fitness classes. This is a great way to meet our instructors and try classes that you’ve never had a chance to. There will be snacks and drinks provided during the event. Bring a friend to this event as our guest fees will be waived. If you bring a guest your name will go into a drawing for loyalty points. Remember that as a Fitness member or above, all of your classes are included with your membership!

Monument Hill Running Club

Have you ever wanted to get rewarded to run?
Grab a friend and come on Tuesday evenings anywhere from 5:00 - 7:00pm to run with the Monument Hill Running Club. The route is 2.39 miles through the surrounding neighborhood around Monument Hill CC. After your run enjoy food and drink specials from the running club menu! Once your 5th run you will receive a FREE T-Shirt, after 10 runs you receive a free appetizer and after 20 runs you receive a free entree!
