The Pub offers excellent cuisine and service in casual, rustic surroundings. Enjoy lunch or catch the big game, relax with a cocktail after a long day or let us serve you a delicious dinner. During warmer weather, Pub seating extends to the outdoor covered patio, where you can take in the Pikes Peak view and enjoy your meal under shelter from sun or shower. Whether you just want to stop by for a drink, enjoy a snack or have a burger and brew, nothing beats a gathering at the outdoor patio or around the cozy, warm fire pit! Monument Hill Country Club keeps a very active social event calendar! The public is invited to enjoy any of these activities scheduled throughout the year including: Wine Tastings, Prix Fixe Dinners, Magic Nights, Murder Mysteries, live music, and more!
The Dining Room
For a more formal and private experience the Dining Room is the perfect option. Every table fronts a majestic stone fireplace and large picturesque windows revealing magnificent views of the golf course, is a beautiful location to enjoy dinner, celebrate birthday parties, wedding receptions, and more. Relax in the Dining Room as you savor the deliciously prepared fare of our talented chefs. Our Dining Room menu is as much of a delight as the views. Only the finest of ingredients are used to prepare the tempting appetizers, entrées, and desserts. Entrée Menu items include Fillet Mignon, Blackened Rib Eye Steak, Alaskan Salmon en papillote, and much more!

Weekly Events
Lucky Tuesday: Jackpot $575 (Drawing on March 26th)
Every Tuesday night in The Pub Restaurant, Monument Hill Country Club members** have a chance to win the big jackpot! **All members fitness and above, in good standing are eligible and automatically entered into the Lucky Tuesday Cash Jackpot. The Jackpot will take place every Tuesday sometime between 6:00 to 9 pm. Each week that the jackpot remains unclaimed, the pot will go up $25 until it reaches a cap of $1000. After each attempt the entire draw procedure will take place again the following Tuesday until the prize is claimed. Members must be present (in the Pub Restaurant) to win. The cash jackpot prize must be claimed within two (2) minutes of the drawing. (Junior memberships excluded.)

Family Night is Every Saturday at The Pub
Bring the family out to enjoy the new Pub menu and receive a free beverage and a free ice cream dessert for all kids 12 and under.
Saturday Night is Also Prime Rib Night
The Pub, as well as the Dining Room, will offer three different sized cuts of Prime Rib. The meat is native Colorado Black Angus that is roasted to perfection. The Queen Cut is 10 ounces, the King Cut is 12 ounces, and for the hearty appetite, the Cronk Cut is 22 ounces. The prime rib dinner comes with baked or mashed potato, a vegetable side, and bread or dinner rolls.
